Say whaaa? You read that right. I’ve never heard of this dessert before, but apparently it’s been around since the 1960s. I love spaghetti! I love ice cream!! Although, I’m not so sure how I feel about my ice cream looking like spaghetti. But I’m definitely down to try it one day. It kinda really just looks like the stuff kids play with that is actually dough. Haha.
Anyhoo, it’s just usually vanilla or chocolate ice cream rammed into a potato ricer. Then the marinara sauce is the strawberry jam. Coconut flakes are usually used to emulate parmesan cheese. Clever Germans! Check out the BuzzFeed article on it here.
